History

The Social Stock Market Ltd was officially formed on 3rd January 2013. The idea was the brainchild of founding Directors Matthew Brumpton and Matthew Norton. Matthew Brumpton working in the business of big data and large data architecture has the “light bulb moment” of taking his experience of handling Big Data in this new era to the consumer. Matthew Norton helped develop business models and develop commercial viability to ensure the project could come to full fruition.

The two founding members then set about building a business, creating a unique architecture to consume, analyse and present vast amounts of data on any subject. The ideas just kept coming and the model continually evolving.
