Jesy Nelson's twin daughters back in hospital after receiving horror diagnosis

The Little Mix singer's children, Ocean and Story, have not had the easiest start in life and the youngsters are now back in the care of medical professionals. One of her daughters wore a bright yellow all in one outfit with a fluffy brown bear suit on top as she held a green dummy to her mouth. The synopsis reads: "This raw and powerful documentary follows Jesy as she comes to terms with what the diagnosis means for her girls, adapts to the everyday challenges of their conditions, and finds her footing as a single mother after the break up of her relationship."
